What Are the 2023 GLC Engines and Drivetrains?
This upcoming model year, Frontenac shoppers can expect different drivetrains from the Mercedes-Benz GLC. Initially, the 2023 GLC engine will be a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine working in tandem with a 48-volt hybrid system. The 2023 GLC horsepower comes out to 258 hp. This configuration also delivers up to 295 lb-ft of torque and comes with a standard 9-speed automatic transmission. With this configuration, drivers can choose to upgrade to the 4MATIC® AWD system for more traction in inclement weather conditions.
Although not released yet, there will also be a 2023 GLC engine with a plug-in hybrid powertrain.
The Mercedes-Benz 2023 GLC Dimensions: What to Expect?
As we mentioned above, the upcoming 2023 GLC dimensions are a bit larger than that of the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC. The new GLC dimensions put it at 185.7 inches, whereas the previous model year was 183.3 inches. The wheelbase is also now 113.7 inches, a slight shift from the year before. The most exciting change brought about by the 2023 GLC dimensions is an additional 3 cubic feet of cargo space – 22 cubic feet of cargo space in total.
